Authentic Colorado-Style Pizza in Arvada, CO

Both are delicious, they just take a different approach. The mountain pie is our signature Colorado-style pizza: a thick, hand-rolled crust made with honey instead of sugar, piled high with toppings and sized anywhere from 1 to 5 pounds. The prairie pie is our more traditional-style option – same great ingredients and toppings, but without the towering crust. Think of it as a prairie full of toppings, just not piled mountain high. If you’re a first-timer, the mountain pie is the full Beau Jo’s experience – but the prairie pie is a great choice if you prefer a more classic build.

We no longer offer a salad bar at Beau Jo’s Arvada. We do have fresh salads on the menu, though – a great lighter option or side to round out your meal.

Our Beau Jo’s sauce is our housemade pizza sauce – it’s what goes on the pies. Marinara is a dipping sauce, great for dunking that legendary crust. As for wet wipes, yes, we have hand wipes available, because things can get delightfully messy around here. Just ask your server!

We don’t sell individual honey packets, but we do sell honey bears of our Colorado honey – perfect for taking the Beau Jo’s experience home with you. Ask your server about picking one up!
