Beau Jo’s is a Colorado institution with nearly a half-century of history and a one-of-a-kind story behind our well-known name. Odds are, you know us for our famous Colorado-style pizza – the best and only Colorado-style pizza in the state (and maybe even the country!).
Mountain pie has a hand-rolled edge and is filled with ingredients, it comes in pounds 1#, 2#, 3#, and 5#. Prairie pie does not have the hand-rolled edge and has a lighter amount of toppings that comes in sizes sm, med, large, and xl.

Lady C2022-03-23I love Beau Jo's! The honey with the crust is absolutely amazing. Gotta love a mountain pie. They also have cream cheese as a topping, and if you've never tried it, you MUST. It's incredible. I highly recommend this Beau Jo's. We went on a weekend and it wasn't too busy. The staff was great, and it was a great night out.
