Does it contain allergens?

It’s plant-based, nut-free, and dairy-free. It contains gluten and soy.

How does it taste so good?

Our recipe is a result of five years of researching every aspect of meat. The meaty flavor comes from a combination of ingredients, but mainly it comes from heme – a molecule found in all living things that gives meat (and our burger) its unmistakably meaty flavor.

How does it compare to beef?

Our burger matches the levels of protein and iron found in beef. It has about the same calories, less total fat (with slightly higher saturated fat from coconut oil), and is completely cholesterol-free.
