A
taste of the “Old Country” in this one…we roast
our own fresh garlic, and add it to pure, all-natural olive oil as
a base sauce. Then we sprinkle on the sweet roma tomatoes, sliced mushrooms,
black olives and zesty pepperoni. Top this pie with smoked provolone,
grated parmesan cheese, fresh basil and Italian seasonings, and you
may as well be in Rome!
Centurion
A great vegetarian selection, this pie goes way back into Beau Jo’s history.
We start with our fresh roasted garlic and olive oil sauce, then layer on more
fresh garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach and sweet roma tomatoes. Of course,
the only fitting end for this beauty would be our whole milk mozzarella and feta
cheeses.
New York Special
We have no idea where this name came from, but we think it is somewhere
east of here. We start with our healthy fresh roasted garlic and olive
oil sauce, add on sweet roma tomatoes, spicy jalapenos, fresh scallions
and black olives. The best way to finish it? Our whole milk mozzarella
and grated parmesan cheeses sprinkled with Italian seasonings.
