Pasta Diablo
We start with linguine noodles and top them with your choice of honey-smoked cracked pepper salmon, chicken or our spicy Italian sausage. Then we add diced jalapenos, onions and Hatch green chilies, finish it all off with a dash of crushed red peppers and smother it with a spicy marinara sauce.

Juneau Beach Salmon Pesto
Start with penne pasta, and add diced roma tomatoes, artichoke hearts and fresh roasted garlic in pesto sauce. The salmon? It’s honey-smoked, lightly coated with cracked pepper, and topped with parmesan cheese.
