Highland Mary 

An old favorite that is making a comeback. We start with our creamy ranch dressing, and add sliced black olives, sweet roma tomatoes and chicken breast slices. After we cover all of this with whole milk mozzarella and grated parmesan cheeses, we bake it to perfection and add a sprinkling of fresh basil.

Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza 

This Mountain pie tastes just like its name! We start with creamy ranch dressing for the sauce, pile on seasoned ground beef, smoked bacon, fresh roma tomatoes and sweet red onions. Of course, what cheese blend would go better on this than mild cheddar and creamy Monterey jack? That’s what’s on it, but if you think Swiss or provolone might do the trick, try it out!

Green Chili Cheeseburger Pizza 
Sounds spicy, but the sauce keeps it cool! We begin this Mountain pie with creamy ranch dressing for the sauce, and load up the seasoned ground beef, fresh roma tomatoes, sweet red onions and of course fire roasted green chilies. We chose to smother this pie with smooth Monterey jack and mild cheddar cheeses.
