The High Plains
With a name like this, you’d think it would be a prairie pie, right? Wrong!
We build this baby starting with our tangy barbeque sauce and add piles of smoked
bacon, artichoke hearts and sweet roma tomatoes. To even things out, we cover
the whole thing with creamy Monterey jack and mild cheddar cheeses.
The Argentine
We load this pie up! Starting with tangy barbeque sauce, we add on heaps
of tender chicken breast slices, quartered artichoke hearts and sweet red
onions, and smother the whole thing under smoked provolone cheese.
Ranch Dressing

Although it may sound strange, this is definitely a guest favorite! First
we spread on creamy ranch dressing for the sauce. Then we load it up with
tender chicken breast slices, fresh mushrooms, sweet roma tomatoes and smoked
bacon. Finally, it gets covered under a layer of Monterey jack and smoked
provolone cheeses.
