Calzones
Create your own elegant calzone from our ingredients list. Made
with ricotta and
mozzarella cheese and basil pesto marinara sauce (plus a little for dipping).
Classic
We start with our savory blend of basil-pesto and marinara and add whole
milk mozzarella and Italian-seasoned ricotta cheeses. Then we stuff in
sliced mushrooms, zesty Italian sausage and pepperoni. Sprinkled with
parmesan cheese and baked to a golden brown, served with sauce on the
side for dipping.
Veggie
Our veggie calzone starts with a roasted garlic cream sauce, then we
layer in fresh roma tomatoes, fire-roasted red peppers and sliced mushrooms.
We then cover all of this with our mozzarella and Italian-seasoned ricotta
cheeses, wrap it up in our famous honey white dough and finish it with
a light coating of parmesan cheese for baking. Served with a side of basil-pesto/marinara
sauce for dipping.
